Celebrating a Milestone: Bible—from Genesis to Revelation By Coach Davie The DaveCha Moments crew recently marked a powerful achievement: completing a group Bible study known as CBR 12 (Cover-to-Cover Bible Reading). This is part of the Net Ministries Trust members. To celebrate this spiritual milestone, the team traveled to Kisumu to visit two beloved mentors— Dad Hesbon and Mum Pamela Were —at their home. But this wasn’t just a casual visit. It was a heartfelt celebration of growth, scripture, and legacy, made even richer by the couple’s inspiring life and livelihood. No walls. No roof. Just faith. I had to take out my phone. Not for content, not for show—but to capture the memory . To document what God was doing right here, in the rural heart of Western Kenya. 🙏 A Church Without a Building, But Full of Power This wasn’t just another Sunday. It was the last service of the year , and we were out in the open because the church didn’t have a physical sanctuary yet. But you wouldn’t have known it from the spirit in the place. The young came. The elderly came. No one complained. They sat under the sun and shade with Bibles in hand and songs in their hearts. The sound of worship echoed off the fields. People weren’t distracted by the setting—they were completely focused on God. That’s what str...
